Waiting... is a comedy film set in a restaurant called Shenanigan's during the dinner shift. The story revolves around the lives of the restaurant staff, including Dan, the bumbling boss, who assigns Mitch, a 22-year-old trainee, to Monty, a smooth-talker who pursues one-night stands. Meanwhile, Dean, also 22, feels unsatisfied with his life and is given the opportunity to become the assistant manager by Dan, with a midnight deadline to decide.
