Frank is a married man leading a seemingly perfect yuppie life working at a prestigious law firm in Stockholm. His wife, Nenne, runs a high-end boutique, and together they have been married for eight years. However, Frank is trapped in a state of deep boredom and dissatisfaction. He senses a void in his life that he desperately wants to fill, as he feels his existence has become meaningless and monotonous.

In an attempt to find excitement and meaning, Frank stumbles upon a group of rebellious teenagers while on a business trip. Intrigued by their carefree and uninhibited lifestyle, he decides to abandon his responsible adult persona and reverts to a carefree teenager himself. Frank goes on a journey of self-discovery, learning to live in the present moment and embrace the excitement and unpredictability that life has to offer.

As Frank starts living a double life, he becomes increasingly detached from his wife and his adult responsibilities. Nenne becomes suspicious of Frank's behavior, and their once stable relationship begins to unravel. Frank is torn between the freedom he has found in his newfound teenage rebellion and the responsibilities of his adult life.
