In Van the Man 2: The Rise of Taj, Taj Mahal, a disciple of Van Wilder, ventures to England's prestigious Cambridge University to work as a teaching assistant in the history department. However, upon his arrival, Taj becomes a target of Pip, the president of a snobbish fraternity known for their pranks. Taj and other outcasts are left stranded in a rundown building by Pip's prank, leading Taj to form a new fraternity called Cocks & Bulls.
With Taj as their leader, the rejects come together to challenge Pip's fraternity in the university's annual all-round excellence championship.
