Tourist Trap (1979) is a thrilling horror movie that takes place in a desolate and eerie setting. The story begins when Woody's car experiences a flat tire on an isolated road. In search of help, he stumbles upon a seemingly abandoned gas station. However, little does he know that this place is anything but deserted. As he enters a room, he is confronted by malevolent mannequins and meets a tragic end.
Meanwhile, Woody's girlfriend Eileen anxiously waits for him in the car. Their friends Jerry, Molly, and Becky arrive and become concerned when they cannot find Woody. Determined to locate him, they set out on a search, discovering a breathtaking waterfall along the way. Unfortunately, their car also breaks down, leaving them stranded.
As Jerry attempts to fix the vehicle, the girls decide to cool off by bathing in a nearby lake. Suddenly, a mysterious old man named Mr. Slausen appears and invites them to his house, claiming he can assist Jerry. The girls agree, unaware of the dark secrets that await them.
