In Thir13en Ghosts, Arthur and his children Kathy and Bobby inherit a unique glass house from Arthur's late Uncle Cyrus. Little do they know, the house serves as a prison for twelve menacing ghosts. Once inside, the family, along with Bobby's nanny and an attorney, become trapped within a sinister machine designed to unleash the Eye of Hell.

Feeling desperate, Arthur seeks assistance from Dennis, a seasoned ghost hunter. Dennis brings along his rival, Kalina, a passionate advocate for ghost rights, striving to set the trapped ghosts free.
