When LAPD detective Vic Manning's regular partner goes on medical leave, he unwillingly finds himself teaming up with Stu, a mild-mannered Uber driver. Vic is determined to catch notorious drug lord Oka Tedjo, and Stu becomes his unexpected ride-along partner.
