When Coraline moves to an old house, she feels bored and neglected by her parents. She finds a hidden door with a bricked up passage. During the night, she crosses the passage and finds a parallel world where everybody has buttons instead of eyes, with caring parents and all her dreams coming true. When the Other Mother invites Coraline to stay in her world forever, the girl refuses and finds that the alternate reality where she is trapped is only a trick to lure her.

It follows the stories and fall out for Maggie Connors, played by French, who doesn't pay attention to the cautionary adage that 'those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones'.

Gina was once married to Leo Vincent, a successful entrepreneur, chef and hotel owner in Cornwall. Leo owes much of his success to Gina's exceptional cooking, but since leaving her for the glamorous Sam, his business has continued to thrive. When Sam has suspicions that Leo is having an affair she confides in Gina, confident that she'll recognize the signs. Only to later discover that it's Gina herself who is the 'other woman'. The secrets and scandals that spill out are proof that sleeping with another woman's husband is never a good idea - even if he was your husband first. As Sam and Gina try to fix their broken families, will a friendship rise from the ashes of betrayal or will they tear each other apart?

A group of animals waiting for the annual flood they rely on for food and water discover that the humans, who have been destroying their habitats have built a dam for a leisure resort. The animals endeavor to save the delta and send a message to the humans not to interfere with nature.
