In the movie Next (2007), we meet Cris Johnson, a Las Vegas magician with an extraordinary ability - he can see into the future, but only a few minutes ahead. However, when a terrorist group plans to destroy Los Angeles with a nuclear bomb, government agent Callie Ferris enlists Cris' help in stopping the catastrophe. Callie must use all her skills to capture Cris and convince him to assist in preventing this cataclysmic event.
