Details
In the crime thriller MR 73 (2008), Detective Schneider, a disgraced and alcoholic police officer, takes desperate measures after being removed from an investigation into a serial killer. In a gripping opening scene, Schneider hijacks a bus at gunpoint and forces the driver to take him home. However, his plan goes awry when he is apprehended by the SWAT team, leading to his downfall within the police department.
Schneider's life is consumed by guilt and regret, as he remembers the tragic accident that claimed his daughter's life and left his wife in a vegetative state. Now assigned to a mundane nighttime desk job, he finds solace in the memories of his daughter.
