In the movie Meeting Evil, John, a real estate agent, is facing a series of misfortunes - he has just been fired from his job, his home is being foreclosed, and his marriage is on the rocks. On his birthday, John and his wife Joanie have a heated argument, prompting Joanie to take their children for a walk.

Suddenly, a stranger named Richie appears at John's front door, seeking help with his car that won't start. John offers his assistance, but injures his leg in the process. Richie offers to take John to the hospital, and that's when things take a sinister turn. During their journey, John realizes that Richie is a cold-blooded, psychopathic killer, leaving a trail of murder wherever they go.
