Details
In the crime thriller Jackie Brown (1997), a middle-aged flight attendant named Jackie Brown finds herself caught up in a dangerous web of deception and survival. She becomes involved in smuggling money for an arms dealer named Ordell Robbie from Mexico to Los Angeles. However, when Jackie is caught by agents Ray Nicolet and Mark Dargus with cash and cocaine in her possession, she is given a choice - help them apprehend Ordell and regain her freedom, or face the consequences.
As Jackie faces this decision, she soon realizes that she cannot trust anyone, including Ordell himself. Fearing for her life, Jackie sets in motion an elaborate plan to steal a whopping half a million dollars from Ordell. To accomplish this, she enlists the help of Max Cherry, a bail bondsman and unlikely ally.
