Igor is an animated fable that tells the story of a hunchbacked assistant to an evil scientist who dreams of becoming a scientist himself. Set in a world where evil scientists create monstrous inventions, Igor is tired of being just a sidekick and wants to prove that he has what it takes to be a scientist.
However, the rest of the evil science community disapproves of Igor's aspirations, as they believe it goes against tradition. Despite facing discouragement, Igor teams up with his friends, Brain, an ambitious talking brain, and Scamper, a rebellious bunny, to create his own invention and compete in the Evil Science Fair.
