The movie Identicals centers around the organization Brand New-U, which discovers and connects Identicals - individuals who have identical appearances and personalities but find themselves living different, improved lives. The organization offers its clients the opportunity to upgrade their lives by eliminating the better-life donor and transferring the client into that newfound life.

The protagonist, Slater, seemingly has the perfect life with a great job and girlfriend. However, things take a dark turn when Slater's girlfriend is kidnapped by Brand New-U and replaced with a dead body. Desperate to find his beloved, Slater is coerced into becoming an Identical himself. He embarks on a journey through numerous parallel lives in his quest to reunite with his girlfriend.
