For the past five years, Rennie has been traveling across America in his customized '68 Plymouth Barracuda, determined to find the man responsible. The killer he pursues is James Fargo, a heartless and wheelchair-bound psychopath.
Fargo has transformed his '72 Cadillac Eldorado into a terrifying weapon, using mechanical innovations to extend his twisted body and mind. As Rennie gets closer to his target, their deadly game of cat-and-mouse escalates into a high-speed, high-stakes battle of wits and wills.
