In the movie High-Rise set in 1975 London, a young doctor named Robert Laing moves into a modern apartment block located in the suburbs. What seems to be an ideal living situation at first turns into a disturbing exploration of class struggles and the breakdown of societal norms. As the residents of the high-rise indulge in drugs, alcohol, and wild parties, the boundaries between order and chaos become blurred.
