In Goon: Last of the Enforcers, Doug The Thug Glatt, a beloved and tough hockey enforcer, faces a career crisis when a new and aggressive player threatens his position as the league's top enforcer. After suffering a series of injuries, Doug contemplates retirement, leaving his team, the Halifax Highlanders, without their valued protector.
As Doug's self-doubt grows, he seeks guidance from his former enforcer rival, Ross The Boss Rhea, who encourages him to find a new purpose in life. Determined to prove himself and regain his place on the team, Doug turns to martial arts to improve his skills and overcome his physical limitations.
