In Gone in Sixty Seconds (2000), car thief Randall Memphis Raines is forced to return to his life of crime when his younger brother messes up a heist for a notorious stolen-car broker named Raymond Calitri. Calitri demands that Raines steals 50 exotic cars and delivers them to a container ship within six days, threatening to kill Raines and his brother if they fail to comply.
With the clock ticking and the police closely monitoring his every move, Raines must assemble his former crew in order to pull off this seemingly impossible task. Raines faces numerous challenges, including finding a way to steal the cars without alerting their owners and outsmarting the police's elite GRAB unit.
