In the movie God Bless America (2011), Frank, a terminally ill man, is fed up with the repulsive behavior that society has come to accept. Determined to enact some form of justice, Frank embarks on a mission to rid the world of its most obnoxious and detestable individuals. However, Frank soon finds an unexpected accomplice in the form of 16-year-old Roxy.
Together, Frank and Roxy set out on a dark and twisted journey, targeting reality TV stars, obnoxious talk show hosts, and other symbols of the cultural decline. Their goal is to eliminate those they deem responsible for societal decay, one by one, to create a better world.
As they travel across the country, Frank and Roxy form a bond and find solace in each other's company.
