In the movie George and the Dragon set in 12th century Europe, the first crusade has come to an end. George, a brave and handsome English knight, returns to his homeland after witnessing the horrifying violence of war in the Holy Land. Determined to leave behind his sword and find a peaceful life, he ventures north where he hears of a kind and wise King named Edgaar.
However, upon arriving, George finds King Edgaar in distress as his daughter, Princess Lunna, has recently gone missing. In exchange for a small plot of land, George agrees to embark on a quest to find the missing princess. Together with Edgaar's loyal servant, Elmendorf, George sets off on a daring adventure.
