Evan Almighty

In the comedy film Evan Almighty (2007), Evan Baxter, a newsman from Buffalo, is unexpectedly elected to Congress with his campaign slogan Change the world. Despite the growing skepticism from his family, the media attention, and the drought that afflicts Washington D.C., Evan remains steadfast in his belief and continues constructing the ark.
