Ella Enchanted (2004) is a modern-day, fantasy Cinderella story based on Gail Carson Levine's award-winning novel. The film follows the journey of Ella, a young woman who was cursed with the gift of obedience by a fairy named Lucinda. This means that she must obey anything anyone tells her to do.
