In the post-apocalyptic world of Day of the Dead: Bloodline (2017), a small group of survivors, made up of military personnel and resourceful civilians, find refuge in an underground bunker. Their main goal is to search for a cure to the deadly virus that has transformed the majority of the population into bloodthirsty zombies.
Led by a skilled military officer named Max, the group battles both the relentless zombies outside and the internal conflicts within their own camp.
