Cocaine Cowboys 2 is set in 1991 on the dangerous streets of Oakland, California. This notorious figure is currently serving time in a nearby federal prison.
Cosby's letter leads to an unexpected outcome. Within six months, he becomes not only a multi-millionaire but also Blanco's lover and the leader of her $40 million annual cocaine empire. However, Cosby soon discovers that being involved with Blanco is more complicated and dangerous than he could have ever imagined.
Blanco, also known as The Black Widow, has a history of disposing of her men once she's done with them. With her ruthless nature, she will stop at nothing to ensure Charles' loyalty.
