Älskade hundar (Amores Perros) (2000) is a thought-provoking and emotionally charged film that weaves together the lives of disparate individuals through a tragic car accident. Set in contemporary Mexico City, the first story follows Octavio, a young man who becomes involved in dogfighting to escape his troubled life and win money to elope with his sister-in-law, Susana.
