In the movie Mirrors, Ben Carson, a former NYPD detective, is hired as the night watch for the Mayflower Department Store, which had suffered a devastating fire years ago. Ben's life has been in shambles since he accidentally killed a man and was forced into retirement. He has been living with his sister Angie, trying to rebuild his life and stay sober.
On his first night at the store, Ben notices that the mirrors are spotlessly clean. His colleague explains that the previous night watch had been obsessed with the mirrors. As Ben continues his rounds, he starts seeing disturbing images in the mirrors. However, his ex-wife Amy dismisses them as hallucinations due to his medication and troubled past.
Tragedy strikes when Angie is brutally murdered in her own bathtub. Ben discovers that there is an evil presence within the mirrors that is targeting him and his loved ones. Desperate to stop this entity, Ben must confront his own past and piece together the dark secrets hidden within the Mayflower Department Store.
