Details
In the not-too-distant future, planet Earth is on the brink of destruction. With no other viable options, scientists believe that colonizing Mars is humanity's last hope. To make this possibility a reality, a team of American astronauts is chosen to embark on the first manned mission to the red planet.
This crew is made up of specialists from different fields, each with their own unique skills and expertise. However, their personal backgrounds, ideologies, and personalities clash, making it difficult for them to work together effectively. Amidst these disagreements, their mission takes a dangerous turn when their equipment sustains life-threatening damage, leaving them stranded on the hostile surface of Mars.
Now, the crew must set aside their differences and rely on one another in order to survive. As they struggle to find solutions and confront the harsh realities of their situation, deep questions about the nature of the universe, humanity's destiny, and the existence of God arise. These existential dilemmas become defining elements in their individual journeys, forcing them to confront their own humanity in this alien environment.
