Full Out 2: You Got This! (2020) follows the University of Oklahoma Sooners gymnastics team as they face a major setback when their star gymnast, Brenna Dowell, is unable to compete in the National Gymnastics Championship. Left without their leader, the team must discover a way to regain their confidence and win the championship for the second time.
Their salvation comes in the form of Riley, a local breakdancing prodigy. Riley teaches Chayse and her teammates how to incorporate intricate breakdance moves into their gymnastics routines, providing them with a unique competitive edge. As the team begins to incorporate these new techniques into their routines, they start to gain confidence in their abilities and believe in themselves once again.
However, as the championship approaches, the team realizes that winning isn't the only thing that matters. They learn the importance of finding their inner strength and believing in themselves, regardless of the outcome.
