In 4Got10, the protagonist Brian Barnes wakes up in the desert with no memory and finds himself surrounded by dead bodies, a van carrying four million dollars in cash, and another van filled with cocaine. As he tries to piece together what happened, Brian is pursued by Danny Perez, a dangerous drug lord who wants his money back, as well as DEA Agent Rooker and corrupt Sheriff Olson, both determined to get their hands on the newfound fortune.

As Brian's memory slowly starts to return, he realizes that there is a reason he has forgotten his past and the more he remembers, the less he wants to know about who he really is. Racing against time, Brian must find a way to survive and uncover the truth before his pursuers catch up with him.
