13 is a gripping and intense thriller that follows the story of Vince, an electrician from Talbot, Ohio, who finds himself in a desperate situation when his father's medical treatments put his family in financial distress. Seeking a way to make quick money, Vince stumbles upon an opportunity that promises a fortune in just one day.
After a chance encounter with a man who later tragically overdoses on drugs, Vince discovers a set of instructions and a mysterious cell phone. Intrigued, he decides to take the man's place and embarks on a journey to New York, unaware of what he has gotten himself into.
To his shock, Vince finds himself in a secluded house where wealthy men place bets on who will survive a horrifying game of Russian roulette. Unbeknownst to him, he has become contestant number 13, and his life is now hanging by a thread. As he fights for survival, Vince learns about the other participants, each with their own dark and troubled past.
Through intense flashbacks, the audience is introduced to the different contestants, including a man whose own brother takes him out of a mental institution to participate in the deadly game.
As the stakes rise and tensions mount, Vince must summon every ounce of strength and cunning to become the last player standing. Will he conquer the odds and survive this deadly game of chance?
